Refund Policy
All products will be checked prior to sending out. Hence, we will not take responsibility for any damaged item received. While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition, any damage caused during shipping is outside of our control. Therefore, in the event of any damage caused by third-party logistics companies, we strongly advise you to file a claim with the logistics company responsible. Please note that any compensation for damages is subject to their approval and we will not be held liable if the claim is rejected by the logistics company.

- All Items Sold are Non-Refundable and/or Exchange, this is due to the selected item already been customized by buyers.
- Please refer to the Size Guide to measure your pets accurately as the size cannot be altered once the item is sold with the design on it.

Only Applied to “Fashion & Accessories”
- You bought the wrong size. We could allow for an exchange of size for the same product. However, the return and reshipping delivery fee would be borne by you. Strictly no “return & refund” if you bought the wrong item or size. We could only allow for an exchange under such circumstance.
- We shipped the wrong item. The return shipping fee would be borne by us. We would then process your refund after we have received the return item and checked it is in perfect condition.
General Terms
- The returned goods/products will be checked, and the goods should be in good condition as received. The packaging should also be in the original condition. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, we will process for the refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
- Please note that this General Terms will not applicable for ‘Simple & Creative Collections” and “Premium Collections” as these are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
We have the ultimate right in case of a dispute. In such a situation, we will act in good faith to come to a reasonable resolution.

About Delivery
We've partnered with reliable third-party logistics companies to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your payment is received, we'll arrange to send out your parcel within 3-5 business days.
For customers in West Malaysia, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-5 working days. For customers in East Malaysia, you can expect to receive your parcel within 5-14 working days.
Please note that the exact delivery timeframe depends on the courier's schedule and workload.
Please note that for “Simple & Creative Collections” & “Premium Collections” orders, there may be few days of slight delay depends on the queue for embroidery. We want to ensure that our customers received the best quality of sewing on our products.
We offer LIMITED TIME FREE DELIVERY (for “Simple & Creative Collections” & “Premium Collections”) by using Promo Code for orders within Peninsular Malaysia (bulky items are excluded). For orders out of Peninsular Malaysia, a shipping fee will be charged. Please note that the delivery fee is computed based on weight, either volumetric or actual weight, depending on whichever is higher.
Once your parcel has been shipped out, we will send a tracking number or tracking link to your registered phone number or email address, so you can monitor the delivery status of your order. You are advised to contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your parcel within the expected timeframe (1-5 working days for WM; 5-14 working days for EM).
Please ensure that the delivery details you enter are accurate. We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the delivery details given, and we will not be liable if your parcel is shipped to the wrong address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details you provide are correct.
If you would like to change the delivery address after placing an order, you should contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that the change in delivery address could be done, depending on the status of your parcel. Hence, we strongly recommend you double-check your delivery address before checking out to ensure that all details are correct.
Please note that we will not be liable for any loss of parcel in transit. Any parcel lost compensation will be based on the courier's compensation scheme and insurance.
